Victory Records have released a statement about their lawsuit with A Day To Remember.

In 2013, ADTR took the label to court over the right to release Common Courtesy themselves, without the label.

The statement came in reaction to an article published in Kerrang! in which lead singer Jeremy McKinnon claimed Victory Records filed the suit against them, which the label claims is false.

Moose Blood have reached number 10 in the UK album chart.

Their album Blush was released last Friday.

Moose Blood will be touring in October. Dates below.

Reading and Leeds have added 35 more bands to their line up.

The festivals already boasted acts such as Fall out Boy, Biffy Clyro, and The 1975.

Reading and Leeds will take place this year on the 26-28th of August.
