NEWS Round Up: Green Day reach number one in UK album chart

Green Day‘s latest album Radio Revolution has reached number one in the UK album chart.

Radio Revolution is the rock trio’s third album to hit the number one spot, following American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown.

Green Day told, “the UK has always been a huge part of our story and to have a chart-topping album at this stage of our career is especially gratifying.”


My Chemical Romance have released a statement about ex-guitarist Frank Iero, who was recently in a car accident.

In the tweet, the band told worried fans “2 members of the band are undergoing surgery. Frank is banged up pretty badly but is physically OK.”

Hands Like Houses have announced two intimate shows in just TWO WEEKS TIME.

The band, who were set to support the now cancelled Of Mice and Men tour, will play two dates.

The band is set to perform their new album Dissonants in full at each night.
